Supportive Living Program:

The Supportive Living Program (SLP) provides life skills support for youth who are permanent wards of the Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD) and on Youth Agreements.  Working on an individual and group basis, we support youth to assume responsibility and achieve successful independent living. We focus on providing youth with hands on experience, knowledge, and support systems which encourage success. With support, we believe that each individual has the ability to effect positive change.

Life and independent skills SLP focuses on supporting and teaching:

Self Advocacy Budgeting and Financial Decision Making
Liaison with Community Resources Household maintenance
Educational Planning Recreation and leisure
Employment Resources and Planning Decision making
Relationship Problem Solving
Housing Options Health Resources

Services to youth aged 16 to 19 years of age who are permanent wards of the court or on Youth Agreements with MCFD.
